We looked at various popular suppliers for our kitchen, but the quality, service or reputation didn’t match what Coalville kitchens offered. We had a good idea of what we wanted, and Eve listened to what we wanted and added some nice finishing touches to ensure the finished design was perfect. Installation from Patrick went very smoothly and calmly with minimal fuss. We are very happy with our kitchen and would highly recommend Coalville Kitchens for quality and customer service.

From start to finish, the service provided was exceptional. Eve, our designer, was first class. She really listened to our ideas and needs, and came up with a truly stylish and functional design. She cleverly incorporated all our requests, from the large island to the extra cupboard space, and the end result is even better than we imagined. The quality of the units and appliances is excellent, and the installation was seamless.

The tradespeople were all first-class – the builders, plumbers, and decorators were all very professional, and friendly. They clearly took pride in their work, and it shows in the end result.

From planning to fit to minor alterations throughout all the work it was very professional and well organised. The materials were excellent. The fitters, plasterer electrician all highly professional everything they did was clean and tidy and efficient. Highly recommend this company from my experience.

Our kitchen has just been completed. Coalville Kitchens was a great service from start to finish. Before we chose this company we had quotations and discussions with two other local companies, but it was Luke who came up with the best idea for our specific kitchen utilising the space and he actually listened to what we wanted. We had wooden doors and granite worktops. They arranged for us to visit the company who supplied the worktops so that we could actually choose the slabs we wanted. We live in an old property, curved walls, with its own problems and quirkiness and there were a lot of unknowns at the planning stage. These were taken into account and any issues were resolved during the planning, build and afterwards. With such a complex project, involving the removal of a wall and basically gutting the whole room, there are always going to be issues, but nothing was too small for them and all problems were fixed. The fitters were excellent and worked tirelessly on what was a complex project. The office team are very helpful, offering ideas in areas of uncertainty. It has all come together and we love our kitchen. Thank you so much.

They where very flexible and accommodating, easy to work with as i did change my mind a couple of times mid install.
The install was very good, clean and tidy where possible and on time.
