Fabulous customer service from Jason, a radiator that I purchased over 2 years ago started to leak. I could not find the receipt. Jason found the order verified the date and contacted the company who offered a 5 year warranty with their radiators. In less that 5 working days, I have a new radiator and the plumber has been out to fit it today. It is easy to give great reviews when there are no problems, it is how companies react when there is an issue that is the measure of a company and their employees. Thank you Jason. Your help very much appreciated.

They correctly identified what I needed to fix my leaking tap, and supplied it from stock. No need for postage costs and avoided the inevitable return when it's the wrong part/size etc. Fantastic customer service.

Rang in for assistance and was provided with a friendly voice that was keen to help and even offered that I pop in to see if there was a part that would do the trick. Alan was extremely kind and helpful and although a very small part, it was very important to what I needed...didnt even charge me, what a top man and top company!

Had a problem with a toilet flush. A very heavy handed visiter simply broke the plunger in the wall plate. The bathroom was 3 years old and supplied by Bathstore who are no longer trading. Some of their business was taken over by Homebase who were trying to be helpful but said they simply didn't stock that item from the supplier. I went to several places to try and find a simple replacement so I wouldn't have to carry out any heavy work. I was advised that each flush plate had its own mechanism and in a worse case scenario, I may well have to replace the whole flushing unit and tank which would have been major job as the bathroom is fully tiled.

I then found Banbury Heating Supplies. They were simply brilliant. They took all my photos of the damaged plate and simply asked everyone of their employees if they could identify the manufacturer. They didn't give up and kept checking on the internet. With their specialist knowledge, they eventually identified the exact damaged part. I was so relieved. They ordered everything for me. Called me within 2 days confirming it was in. I only paid when I collected it and they were just so helpful in explaining how to repair/replace the damaged part with ease. Absolutely brilliant service.

I had read a review complaining that they were unhelpful as someone had managed to buy a part cheaper elsewhere but wanted their expert service. Surprise, surprise, they were reluctant to simply be used but it did make me concerned that I may have also paid heavily over the top. just to satisfy myself, I did a price check. Let me confirm, their prices were exactly in line with others on the internet. Their service however was outstanding. Obviously there's always someone cheaper, but if you want a fair deal with great old fashioned service, these are your best bet. Don't be put off by the one negative review.

Purchased a under sink electric water heater from a different supplier, but popped into Banbury heating for some fittings etc.
Once I purchased fitting, I asked for a bit of advice on fitting it, as I’m not a plumber, and was asked if I bought the heater from them.
I said no, and the young guy then just walked off saying “we don’t give free advice, we sell things,
Go back to where you bought it”
So not very helpful.
