After visiting other kitchen showrooms and was not impressed at all as I was barely noticed that I was even there. I looked online for other showrooms and came across Schmidt, the reviews on Schmidt were excellent so thought I would pop and see for myself. I was very impressed with my initial visit, there was a warm welcome by Ian but no hard sell which was nice. He went through what the company offered in detail. I decided to have a design done and Ian was very happy to help, I wasn't under any pressure to use Schmidt even after this was done. Ian was very professional and helped me with ideas of designs when I explained what I wanted. He was even happy for me to bring my dog Rico along for the meetings (he's a dog lover).
There was great communication from Ian and was always happy to answer and questions I had.

Once everything organised the kitchen was delivered on time and everything was well packaged and accounted for with a Schmidt representative there to check.
I had my own kitchen installer and he was very impressed with how it went together using the excellent plans to follow.
I decided on dekton work surface and it was Schmidt who organised the company who came round and measured up and then a week later fit it.
After it was installed Ian did come over to check all went well and it was fitted correctly, attention to detail was very important.
I would highly recommend Schmidt and Ian, it was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be.

We were recommended to Schmidt kitchens by a friend and we are so glad we found them as we are absolutely over the moon with our new kitchen and utility. We had already visited a number of kitchen showrooms and received quotes and designs, but none of them were really that exciting or exactly what we wanted. The minute we walked into Norwich Schmidt however we knew we were going to find something a bit special! We pretty much decided there and then that Schmidt was for us so long as it was within our budget. Not only are the kitchens stunning, the build quality is very high. We met Scott who took time to understand what we were looking for and he prepared a design that looked amazing. He also came up with novel ideas we hadn’t thought of which was a big improvement on the previous kitchen showrooms we had been to who just produced standard designs.

With Schmidt it very much feels like a partnership and there certainly isn’t any hard sell. Scott went to great lengths to ensure the design would work well for us- and it has!! For instance we wanted the kitchen to have a light and airy feel with space for 4 round the island, and in the utility room we wanted a lowered ‘dog sink’ and dog bed for our pooches and it has turned out extremely well. Scott also brought the door colour samples to our house which really helped us decide which would work best. He even suggested a wall colour that would complement the units which was very helpful.

Our installer Jevon was excellent and installed the kitchen ahead of schedule.

During the whole process we also met Ian and Carey both of whom were extremely helpful. We really can’t recommend Norwich Schmidt highly enough and would urge anyone looking for a new kitchen to visit them, whatever their budget.

We got to know about Schmidt kitchens through word of mouth from a couple of friends who had their kitchen done by Schmidt. From our first call to the finished kitchen, it has been a seamless and smooth experience.

Andy has been the epitome of professionalism. His eye for detail, coming up with innovative ideas/designs to suit our lifestyle and budget has been an eye opener. All deadlines were adhered to & we now have our dream kitchen!
The Schmidt kitchen oozes quality, craftsmanship and elegance.

We would highly recommend Schmidt kitchen and Andy Dibble without reservation!

We first came across Schmidt in a Build it magazine and so visited the Norwich showroom, we were very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and the quality of everything.

We had visited a few other kitchen showrooms but Schmidt stood out as a company that wanted to go the extra mile to make sure that you had exactly what you wanted and they gave you excellent advice throughout with their can do attitude, in particular Kary, Scott and Ian who were excellent.

The design that Kary did was just what we wanted, but then she was not happy with a small detail and spent ages behind the scenes and came up with a better design which we are delighted with. You could not fault the whole process, from initial visit, design, installation (Jevon was excellent), customer service, to after installation inspection. Thank you Kary, Scott and Ian, we love everything about our new kitchen.

Having had several kitchens designed without finding the right fit, I came across Schmidt and as soon as I walked into the showroom, it was clear that this was the place for me!
Ian really took the time to listen to my needs and preferences for my kitchen, explaining the entire planning and ordering process in detail. It felt like a collaborative effort, resulting in a beautiful and practical custom kitchen and TV wall.
The ordering and delivery process was seamless, with Ian and his team maintaining excellent communication every step of the way. The aftercare service was also excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Schmidt to anyone in search of a high-quality, tailor-made kitchen.

The whole experience with Schmidt was flawless from start to finish. Having never designed a new kitchen from scratch Ian navigated us confidently through the process; we weren’t in a hurry, so had time on our side to consider design decisions of which Ian was very patient. The consultations with Ian were always productive, helped by looking and feeling the products in the showroom.
Once we’d finalised our kitchen Ian kept us updated with regards delivery to tie in with our building project and was present on delivery day to check all was in order. We used our own fitters, but Ian provided all the installation packs and was on hand to answer any questions.
We’ve since recommended Schmidt to friends and wouldn’t hesitant to continue to do so. Very impressed and delighted with the outcome, the design, quality and finish.

I am delighted with our Schmidt kitchen that was fitted earlier this year and can't recommend them highly enough. We had looked at a couple of different companies beforehand, but felt the Schmidt choice and quality far exceeded the others. Ian was great to work with; he understood our needs and designed something that incorporated everything we wanted within budget and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to choosing the appliances. I am so glad we chose the Dekton worktop, it is so hard wearing and looks fabulous.The entire process was pretty seamless from start to finish and Scott, Carrie and the team were all very patient when I kept popping in the shop to try out colour swatches. A special mention must also be given to Darren our kitchen fitter, he was brilliant! A perfectionist and a very skilled craftsman.

From the minute I walked into Schmidt showroom the journey has been nothing but first class. Andrew Dibble who was our kitchen designer had gone out of his way and beyond to make this kitchen exactly how I wanted it. His expertise in design and planning has become overwhelming and first class, he took the stress and strain out of the planning from start to finish.

Schmidt aren’t just any normal kitchen company. They pride themselves on their exceptional customer service as well as their superior level of after care service. What I received was well above anything that I could have ever expected. I really can’t recommend them and especially Andy Dibble enough. Jevon Sullivan the fitter recommended by Schmidt was beyond excellent. His precision and care to fit the kitchen was hugely magnificent. The care and experience for the whole package was truly amazing.
