We have had an excellent experience with Supreme Bathrooms. Daniel looked after us and he provided excellent customer service. He was always quick to reply to our questions and he provided a fantastic quote which we went ahead with for our bathrooms. Our work was delayed but Daniel was kind enough to keep everything in storage for a long time until the work started. Roper Rhodes toilet seat broke but Daniel kindly sorted out a replacement very quickly. I could not recommend Supreme Bathrooms + Daniel enough! Thanks again

We would strongly recommend Supreme Bathrooms and especially their professional staff. We needed to replace our shower unit and had visited several other local showrooms before Supreme were recommended to us. The showroom has the widest range of quality basins, enclosures and fittings. The goods were delivered smoothly, and some inevitable technical issues encountered during fitting (due to our old cottage with uneven not straight walls, low ceilings and eaves) were all dealt with promptly and courteously by the Supreme staff. We have recommended them to friends locally who are also refitting their bathrooms.

I have been buying bathroom products from Supreme for over 5 years most recently a wall hanging basin, back to the wall toilet, illuminated mirror and illuminated cabinet for my refurbished en suite bathroom. I have also bought kitchen tiles, shower screens and shower tray from them. The service from Liam, Neil and Daniel is always very friendly and helpful. Their prices are always very competitive too. I thoroughly recommend Supreme and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We had a fair amount of kitchen and bathroom work done. We are very pleased with the results

Andrew, the fitter was friendly and worked hard and he was conscious of the fact that he was working in our home. His work and attention to detail was excellent.

However we paid the deposit but when we were given a date to commence the work, Supreme asked for the full balance to be paid beforehand , ( we were aware that we would have to pay a start payment ) we were shocked. We have never experienced this before and naturally that sent alarm bells ringing - were they about to go out of business?

Do ensure you ask for the Terms and Conditions BEFORE committing to a contract, we didn’t receive them until after we had paid the deposit.

After our kitchen was completed, unfortunately our existing fridge/freezer developed a fault.
( nothing to do with Supreme ).

When we came to have a new one installed, we discovered that the socket had been covered up by a new cupboard!

Tried several times phoning Supreme - the first time they kept saying hello and then hung up. We tried several more times but were unable to get an answer.

This meant that the freezer installation couldn’t be completed until the back panel had been cut out , together with additional work , which meant the installers had to come back again.

We are disappointed that Supreme, when fitting our kitchen gave no thought to access the connection for the fridge / freezer !
