Having looked for recommendations for a new Kitchen we landed on SKO, and have to say the reviews are spot on. From start to finish we were guided through the process and are delighted with our new kitchen, the quality and finish. Richard designed the kitchen, guiding us through the options and what we might like to consider and helped make the process as stress free as possible. Stuart was our fitter and I have to say his attention to detail and the quality of finish is superb. He organised different trades required and coordinated everything. Highly recommended

We were advised to contact SKO by friends who had used them for their new kitchens. From start to finish the service was fantastic. Planning was great and followed up with another home visit after delivery of all the furniture and equipment to ensure all was Ok. Any minor issues were sorted immediately by the excellent customer service team and I have no hesitation in recommending SKO to anyone thinking of upgrading to a top class kitchen. I fitted the kitchen myself and it was great to be able to visit the showroom at anytime to double check on any of the installation processes and get tips on all the fitting requirements.

5 star customer service and impeccable after sales. We are absolutely delighted with our new handleless quality kitchen. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless, and not once did we feel any pressure to make a purchase. Our designer Rob worked tirelessly to ensure we got the most out of a compact space and amazingly managed to accommodate everything on our wishlist, which was no mean feat!!
The installer Steve and his team were brilliant and organised the job with military like precision whilst keeping us informed throughout. (Thanks for restoring our faith in tradesmen).
SKO are certainly a 'can do' company as they had no qualms whatsoever about specially manufacturing a unit to house the extra wide 700mm integrated fridge freezer we'd set our hearts on. The only thing we needed to organise was the skip which we were happy to do.
We have no hesitation in recommending SKO to other prospective customers looking for a quality product and service to match.

If you ever need a new kitchen you must visit SKO kitchens and bedrooms. Spoke with James Wall on my first visit who I liked from the start. Very straight talking but so very helpful too. He came the following week to take some measurements of my kitchen and details of other renovation work I required. Today I went to the showroom again where he had made a plan of my kitchen and then we got into the finer details. A quote was given there and then plus a rundown of the process of what happens next. I was very very surprised at the cost as it was nowhere near what I had expected and I was more than happy to pay a deposit there and then. Work will start in a couple of months so I should have a very beautiful well planned out kitchen by the summer. I am beyond happy with the service I have received so far!!

The we met him in the show room couple of days later, went through our idea with him and he designed us a gorgeous kitchen. Really happy with the results.

Also have to mention Brandon and his colleague for fitting the kitchen. They did an amazing job!

5* from start to finish, SKO made the process of having a whole new kitchen/garage conversion so simple, especially with it being so close to xmas. Rob was our kitchen designer and he was so helpful, he kept us calm, reassured us when needed and was so helpful throughout. Thank you all and have a very merry Christmas, all the best for 2025.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending SKO. Richard took the time to design exactly how we wanted our new kitchen to look as well as helping us make the right appliance choices. Stuart did an awesome job installing it and liaised with us and the other trades throughout to ensure we knew who was attending and what was happening each day. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall we had a great experience having our kitchen designed and fitted with Sheffield Kitchen Outlet, Hillsborough. Our kitchen and flooring fitter, Charlie Shepherd, was excellent - work completed to a high standard, always punctual and professional and for a very fair price. Would highly recommend Charlie's work. Our kitchen designer, Jamie Day, was very helpful and friendly throughout, devoting a lot of time and thought to our ideas. There was an anomaly with a hob we had ordered, which was initially frustrating, but we felt that SKO did everything they could to solve this rare issue and Jamie's customer service was great throughout. We love our new kitchen and flooring and feel it has transformed our home. Thank you!
