Friendly, quick, trustworthy.
It was very safely packaged for shipping -- so much so it took me an hour to unwrap three bottles (!) Less would make sense from an ecological perspective.
Also, it's not cheap (to cover all that sticky tape, perhaps), but still cheaper than all competitors I looked into.
Finally, I was surprised to find out that Pack & Send retrieve and pack indeed, then send via another transporter (UPS, in my case).
All in all, a positive experience with some surprises along the way.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided to me by Pack and Send Oxford. Hari and Craig, and their team of professional packers, were so cheerful and helpful; they went far beyond the level of service that I had been expecting. I had a large number of delicate items that I needed to have safely packed and sent to New Zealand, and within a very short timeframe. They quickly provided me with quotations for air and sea freight. I decided on air freight and the P&S team collected, packed, and sent the items in what seemed like an impossibly short timeframe. The communications were prompt, clear, and professional with their staff following up with me on Customs clearance and safe delivery to my NZ home. My brother in law wanted to send some personal effects from his home near Oxford, England to his sister near Nashville, TN. So I googled to see if someone could pickup, pack in a crate and ship to us. The first name that stood out to me was "Pack & Ship" in Oxford. I sent an email to the company and they did everything from there first class. They got in touch with the shipper and set up a time to pickup the goods, took them back to the warehouse and built a crate. They talked me through the payment process and shipped it by DHL to our doorstep. The DHL driver was on time and smiling the whole time she was here. No other company could have done the job any better because Pack and Send was "Outstanding". I would recommend them to the world!

It was very impressive while opening the package to realize just how exacting and thoughtful they were in this process to prevent any damage.
