I have to say that I'm not impressed.... Posted a letter from Bicester last Wednesday to arrive in Banbury by Saturday 9th November... It finally turned up today 13th.... I understand that the odd letter goes a miss but it still irks you, especially when you know the price of a first class stamp these days...

Don't get post for 3 weeks at a time, then learned that the post person is putting my mail through the wrong address, ffs its clear on the mail. The people send it back but still not got it, missed replacement cards, hospital appointments and official letters, now my credit card saying there sent my letter but still not got it

Says open on a Tuesday until 6pm but got here at 4:45pm and they were shut. Not happy as I came specifically to pick up a package.
Loads of people arriving to drop off stuff and pick up but completely locked 👎

Changing the office times to a no flexible time, its absolutley shocking. Then arriving there and having to waste so much time to then queue to drop post.Whoever made this change, should actually consider all customers using the service, not just people collecting post after postman/lady returns.

Where is our post? We just don’t get a delivery anymore! Waiting on a delivery that was sent on 19th November and another from last week. This really is unacceptable!

It was okay! You might have to wait in the queue for quite some time so I’d advice to choose another post office if you are in a hurry! Over all good service.
