If you’re browsing Bathroom Inspirations reviews, looking for a professional Bathroom suite supplier, the string of 5 star reviews isn’t a lie. Just stop here, you’ve found the right team! We used Dani, Patrick & the team for our first major project, a major bathroom refurbishment, and we feel that Bathroom Inspirations as an organisation was outstanding from the initial consultation all the way through to project conclusion. We initially provided a couple of design ideas via images collected on Pinterest boards and were absolutely delighted with the final result as their design suggestions matched perfectly. A huge thank-you to all the team for making the project so smooth running given your high levels of professionalism, communication and quality products supplied. A particular shout out to Dani who was fantastic at every hurdle.

We were looking to refurbish our guest bathroom and completely revamp our ensuite. We had been to numerous bathroom showrooms and were depressed by the lack of choice and how boring the products available were. However this all changed when we walked into Bathroom Inspirations, we knew there and then where we would be getting our bathrooms from.
Dani was helpful from the moment we walked in. She was patient with us as we hadn't completely worked out the size and shape of the new ensuite. Also during the build and plumb, if there were questions she was at the end of the phone and could talk through any issues/concerns. Dani impressed everyone with her knowledge of the products and her helpfulness.
We now have the most amazing ensuite, even the plumber reckons it's the nicest bathroom he's installed. The downside to this is, showers take longer, more baths are had and we use more water. It has to be said this is our favourite room in the house.
If anyone if looking to update/remodel a bathroom we couldn't recommend Bathroom Inspirations highly enough. It's a great family business and you're looking to make your bathroom a special place, then this the place for you.

Was due to write a review last month but due to circumstances at home have not been able to.
The one star I have given is for the variety of tiles they have. As for anything else WOULD NOT recommend.
In fairness I was warned in using this company but I still did.
When I ordered they under charged me and I was honest with this but no thanks provided.
They delivered our bathroom without notice even though they said they'd ring first.
I then had to exchange sinks. They failed to check when I returned it as there was silicone on the sink although easily removed. They refunded me but then almost two months later asked for the money they refunded me back due to silicone on the sink. Seriously they should have checked first!!! Before refunding me. And then no apology for THEIR mistakes...total joke..

We can’t recommend Bathroom Inspirations highly enough! We have been thinking about redoing our bathroom for some time now and have looked around many showrooms. The minute we walked into Bathroom Inspirations we were greeted with a warm and friendly approach. The salesman was not pushy, allowing us to browse at our leisure without following behind. We never felt rushed and were given valuable advice when we asked for it. The workmen came on the day allocated and the communication was outstanding between Bathroom Inspirations, workmen and myself. We were consulted at every step and asked exactly how we wanted things placed before completing each phase. The workmen were both very friendly and tidy and we have earmarked them for future work. We have had many builders/workmen over the years that have shown shoddy work and have cut corners. We’re not letting these guys go now that we have found outstanding workmanship done to a high and professional standard, they gave suggestions before doing certain parts of the job so that we could get the most out of the space we had. You will not regret having your bathroom done by this company.

The showroom, as their name suggests, is 'inspiring' - showcasing a wide range of quality products that, whilst fairly expensive, are worth paying for. Depending on when you visit, there are often bargains to be had as well!
The staff are friendly and prepared to give you the time to think through your ideas - whilst Dani, the designer, is able to realise the best way to achieve the desired solution, suggesting alternatives to suit.
They supplied the items as planned and had a 'no quibble' approach to any problems/changes of mind!
The fitters they used for our installation, ALB Plumbing & Heating, were neat and tidy, overcoming any difficulties without issue, producing an excellent outcome.

Paul and his team supplied everything for our recent ensuite refit with some useful recommendations, at competitive prices and promptly resolved some manufacturing issues after delivery. They recommended Matt Tilling for the installation and Matt was tidy, courteous and organised his trades well. Everyone turned up exactly when promised and Matt has a great eye for detail/finish. Will be using Bathroom Inspirations and Matt in the future.
