We are probably the biggest fans of this company, because how can you not be when they design you a bathroom like this? I cannot recommend the team enough. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Zoe who took my ideas and turned them into something magical. You can tell the team pours their heart and souls into their work and genuinely care about every single detail. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and 5 stars doesn’t even seem enough!

A stunning transformation designed by Joanna at Tap End for our odd shaped en-suite. The attention to detail and her vision on taking us away from just a standard refit to a luxury bathroom was amazing. From start to finish they managed the whole process from the mood board and CAD designs at the start to suggestions on colours and what fixtures and fitting would look best. Working with Joanna and the ladies was a pleasure and also for their fitter Mark who did an incredible job of making the plans coming to life. His workmanship was of the highest standard, also his attention to the smallest detail of the design and his tidiness throughout the rip out and refit made this a stress free project. Would highly recommend Tap End for their very high quality workmanship and professional approach.

We are thoroughly overjoyed with our new bathroom from The Tap End. We came into a difficult situation whereby we had to move out of our house because of dry rot in our kitchen and bathroom and everything being removed. We worked with Daniella to design our new bathroom and find an installer that was able to come within a month to install everything. They were so supportive and helpful, and the design process was a joy to go through with the fantastic team. We gave a brief of greys with some splashes of bright colours to liven up the room and they didn't disappoint.

We had wanted to refit our main bathroom and cloak room for quite a few years, but couldn’t quite work out how to get the effect we were looking for by purchasing the bathroom furniture we liked and getting someone local to fit it. We live in Pontyclun, and decided one day to pop into the Tap End for a chat … it was the best move ever! The atmosphere in the shop was relaxed yet professional, and the designers we engaged with (Justine primarily and Lynda) were clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. This gave us the confidence to quickly progress from speculative chat, to house visit and initial design.

When we sat down for the initial design review, the cloak roam design was perfect at first glance (and ended up being the final design with almost nothing altered), but the main bathroom design was not to my liking (entirely my fault for not describing what I wanted very well at all). I nervously announced that I didn’t like it - but it was no problem at all, we chatted through what I liked/didn’t like and a load of other very clever questions that Justine posed to me, and within a short space of time we came up with a totally new design. When we had our next review meeting the following week with the new designs, I could not have been more pleased with the results. This was EXACTLY what I was looking for:). I think this is a real plus point for the Tap End - they were very easy to talk to, which meant we could get to a place of the designs being 'just right'.

Covid kicked in and everything went on hold for a few months, but communication was very good throughout.
A few weeks ago, Dave, our chosen fitter (recommended by Tap End) carried out the work and installed both bathrooms. Again, the process from start to finish was extremely smooth. Dave project managed everything, managing all deliveries and communicating regularly with the Tap End Team. The quality of the work was very high and Dave was friendly and professional (and whistled while he worked:)) …. And cleaned up after himself every day. Just what you want from a tradesman in your house.

I really couldn’t have asked for more. It's always a disruption having work done in your house (especially when you are working from home each day as my husband and are at the moment), but this really was a hassle free experience and the final outcome is something I am absolutely over the moon with. So…. Thanks to Tap End and Dave for my lovely new bathrooms:)

Our outdated family bathroom needed a complete refurbishment and had tricky design features. It’s a long thin room and didn’t have a shower. I had certain ideas about the design and look I wanted to achieve which I shared via Pinterest. Daniella was absolutely amazing she interpreted the brief exactly and apart from one minor detail she nailed it. The bathroom looks amazing and we have had so many compliments. I couldn’t recommend the Tap End more highly. The whole process was professional from start to finish.

My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the service we received from a lady called ‘Justine’ who supplied us with beautiful faux stone slabs for our orangery extension floor. The service and communication was second to none and we are going back to Justine for more of the same tiles in the next house! A local business that deserves all of the credit it gets.
