We are delighted with our beautiful new kitchen. We have been using it for two months now, after moving from a house with a separate utility room. We presented Shaun with a very challenging wish list and he succeeded in creating a brilliant layout with all the appliances we require – two ovens, hob, externally-vented cooker hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer - as well as clever space-efficient storage solutions including a utility cupboard, plenty of worktop space, and somewhere to sit down. It’s far better than we thought possible given the modest size of the room and the constraint imposed by three doors and the window. Our kitchen feels spacious, and it looks fabulous.
Shaun gave us good advice on the selection of appliance models, and it was most helpful to be able to see examples of well-fitted cabinetware, fittings and appliances in the showroom. It was also useful to have his design visualisations and the elevations, allowing us to refine styling details such as the placement of handles and the open shelves. Shaun’s patience was endless as we reviewed every detail.
The installation was a major refurbishment project, managed by Shaun. The different stages of the work were well sequenced and coordinated, and included liaising with the flooring company. Shaun’s team of highly skilled, qualified and experienced professionals did a superb job. We were very impressed with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. It was obvious that they get on well with each other and are well used to collaborating on such projects. The old flooring was removed, there were a lot of alterations to the plumbing (including central heating) and electrics (including lighting), and the walls and ceiling were replastered and repainted. Then Andy began the installation of the cabinetware and the appliances, and he is brilliant: his work is truly excellent. Throughout, he and the rest of the team were always polite, pleasant and helpful. The showroom staff were always available to deal with queries, any issues were sorted without fuss, and nothing was too much trouble. We are very glad we entrusted this project to Staffordshire Kitchens and Bedrooms.

Absolutely great service and quality from design to installation and completion. Works included extending the kitchen by removing a wall into the extention to provide kitchen/Diner... From entering the showroom to the follow up check several months after completion to ensure we were happy with everything, we had first class service . We wanted a complete kitchen make over and following Shaun's suggestions we received a detailed quotation, plans and photos of how the completed work would look . A further consultation to tweak a couple of things and again we had revised plans and photos.All the workman were very professional ,friendly and we felt we could leave them in the house to get on with the work . We would certainly recommend them to family and friends .

Shaun and his team are a pleasure to do business with. Nothing has been too much trouble and they patiently completed numerous redesigns until we were happy.

Shaun has a wealth of knowledge and great ideas but is equally happy to do his best to accommodate his customers' suggestions. Throughout the process, you are sufficiently involved to feel in control of what is going on but without having to worry about the detailed planning.

With the big kitchen companies, it feels like pot luck whether you have a good experience. With Staffordshire Kitchens, you know that they will not be satisfied until you are 100% delighted.

We won't be looking anywhere else when our bedroom is refitted.
