Would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely rude customer service, very unhelpful. Three staff sitting around not answering any of our questions properly, telling us they can’t help with any of the tiles since all the tiles in the showroom are “discontinued”. Would not return.

Rude customer experience!
We visited with our young son Saturday 1st November mid-afternoon. The language that the showroom staff were using, whilst we were in earshot, was terrible. One of the men swore, using the f word, to which our son gasped, as he is not used to hearing this language, then there was a conversation about Santa. I know this sounds petty, but they really need to think about the customers that they have in the showroom and curb their conversations. I did mention it to them, but just got an off-hand comment. Needless to say, we left without looking at the rest of the showroom and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Like earlier reviews, very rude and unhelpful. Asked them for indicative costs to supply and install for 5 bathrooms on a house project, response I got was patronising and aloof (piece of string etc). If they required more details, could have simply asked. Following my reply, got a response which then said needed more details, good luck with your SMALL house renovation. 5 new bathrooms to them is a small renovation, clearly not for domestic customers.

Having ordered a bathroom mirror we had a slight problem , however, I don’t think I have ever had such quick and amazing service to resolve it , I wouldn’t hesitate to use simply bathrooms again and will do . Can’t recommend highly enough

First rate customer service and huge thanks to Dean for all his advice and guidance with the layout and the kit. It was installed last week and looks stunning. Great price and fantastic quality.
Looking forward to visiting again and planning the ensuite and downstairs loo. 🙂

Good priced items. Quality products and lots of bathroom items to choose. You won't get staff working there asking to help you and you need to approach them. Some may see this as a good experience where others may interpreate it as not helpful. I don't mind and buy from Simply Bathrooms due to quality, price and advice when asking for help.
