The initial meeting with Jonathon was positive, thorough, respectful and accurate in the estimated of both time and expense. The intermediary meetings in the showroom were useful and informative. The installation by Paul was top notch - as seriously gifted craftsman who makes sure he gets everything right. The final sign off is thorough and ensured complete satisfaction. Quite simply, brilliant!!!

I recently had an en suite with the furniture supplied by Birmingham Bathrooms. They were competitively priced & extremely helpful, they held the goods at their premises until I needed them, there was a manufacturing issue with the wc that they sorted out immediately, excellent service & nice people.

I moved into a property where Birmingham Bathroom Warehouse had recently installed a new bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has a new Saniflo plus unit that is concealed behind the toilet.

This unit requires a service. The design of the bathroom (a design fault) makes it impossible to access the unit without calling our a fitter. I tried multiple times myself to access.

I called up Birmingham Bathroom Warehouse, where I spoke to Jonathan, who kindly offered to have someone take a look if they were in the area. I was expecting a message or call to confirm date/time, but nothing was shared.

When the tradesman did turn up, I had no warning, and was on work calls at home, so unable to answer the door - and not inclined to let someone in that I did not know. The tradesman did call my phone just before - but as a number I did not recognise was ringing, I was not going to exit a work call to pick up for a random number.

I called the number back when I could and realised it was the tradesman who advised me to that as he had left I would need to contact Jonathan - he would be in the area the day after but Jonathan has to allow him to visit.

I called back Birmingham Bathroom Warehouse the same day and left a message for Jonathan as he was unavailable to speak to.

I did not hear back so I called back again on Saturday 1st Feb) and managed to speak to Jonathan. He was satisfied that they did try to come visit the property, he offered to arrange the tradesman to visit the property again. When pressed on the plan - he stated the plan was to have someone come visit - open the toilet pan and put it back after the service - after which they can assess the cost and send me a bill. This was not my understanding - I thought they would review the situation provide and assessment and we would take it from there. (Considering this is a design fault and their work).

This did not sit right, so I called back to get an idea of estimated costs, as he did not want to provide me one on the phone call earlier, and i did not want to end up with a surprise bill, and was quoted £160.

I understand everyone needs to make money to live, but this company seem like they are out to grab what they can and take no pride in work that they do. On the surface your bathroom may look clean and great, but underneath I doubt that they do a quality job.

I also have problems with my 1st floor shower that was fitted by them, and the pipes rattle and water turns hot and cold and I think there is a leak into the kitchen. A plumber has advised me that the pipes have not been clipped properly but he cannot access as everything is behind tiled walling.

In summary based upon my experience:
1. I advise against using the fitting service from here.
2. I advise against using design service.

Needless to say I am going with a smaller fitter to see if they can help, out of principle.

Good prices, but I guess this is what happens when you go cheap.

They sent us the wrong tub. The tub physically does not allow for the handles to be fit which we specifically ordered with the that comes with the handle.

The shop is of course blaming us and our plumbers, but the fact if the matter is that the shop did NOT deliver what we paid for. Infact, this tub is of a lower price than the model we paid for. Been told that the shop cant do anything as the tub “shouldnt have been installed”.

Avoid, or throughly check what you order from them.

From the first visit of Johnathan and John who redesigned our bathroom and down stairs loo the whole company has acted with professionalism. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful no matter what the problem is. Fran the fitter was more like a friend coming to do a job for us. The job was not easy but they overcome all the problems with ease It as been a superb job and excellent value for money. They will return in September to work their magic on our kitchen and both my wife and myself cannot to see what magic they perform. It is hard to descibbe in words just how good they are. Even Rocky is really friendly but he does like a little treat. Thanks again for a great job.

WHAT A RIP OFF. I ordered some bathroom feature and wall cladding from this rip off company. Was told it would be delivered in 2 days waited in all day phoned them twice on the day but no mansion I would not be delivered. Asked for a refund because they can't deliver for 3 days only to be told that because they had some items I'd ordered I'd have to pay £65 cancel fee. Even though it was this rip off company that couldn't complete my order . Trading standards have been informed. Customer service is a joke lying about times and dates until I showed him my reciept then bounce off like some petulant little boy. Had to pay £65 just to get my £1499 they had of mine. Take my advice and stay Wall away

Superb Job: Professional and very good service from start to finish. Had a few amendments along the way and it was never a problem. Everyone was friendly very accommodating. We love our bathroom and so does the extended family. Thank you for a superb job.
