I can't rate kitchen design centre highly enough, in particular Lou! From the moment we walked in we felt extremely welcome and at ease and at no time did we feel pressure to commit to anything. Lou designed us a fantastic kitchen that was more than we could have hoped for and she really went above and beyond for us. I almost feel sad the project has come to an end as I enjoyed the overall experience. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very accommodating to our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

What a great showroom with no pressure to buy you can just take your time to view press pull all the various drawers shelves etc. Get some good ideas and they are there with a first class design service. Well worth a visit.

Awful customer experience. Visited this store some months ago wanting to sketch a design for a kitchen, clearly that was too much effort for them and they would rather sit in their little office drinking a cup of tea.
They sized me and my wife up from the moment we walked into the shop and let us be, at one point even suggested the worktops I was looking at were too expensive for me. It was only until I was about the leave the shop did I mention that I was a professional and so was my wife and I showed them my plans for my 4m by 11m kitchen did they take notice and started to be nice.
Tip for Kitchen Design Centre staff - don't judge people when they walk into the shop and leave your personal prejudices at home.
Tip for Company: Maybe think about employing a diverse workforce and you'll get more business!
