I went to Screwfix to get some washers for a bottle sink.. conversing with one of the employees there and on their suggestion i bought the whole thing instead.. turns out a pack of 4 washers was just the same price as a new kit! Not only that there was one last kit that was discontinued for sale at a discounted price! I left there super surprised! I am a regular customer and will return, but super happy with this positive experience

Staff were very helpful and quickly arranged the gift voucher which I purchased for my son's birthday. Could not fault them, nice smile and thanked me for shopping with them... which is a very unusual but pleasant experience!! I've been making a LOT of trips to Screwfix recently while redecorating and renovating our house, and the customer service here has been exceptional every time. But after a while you realise that the great prices are due to the lower quality things they sell, and that they're guarantee of satisfaction is limited to unopened items. At this point you wish you'd just gone to Wickes

Just around the corner. Friendly and professional staff always welcoming, even if you're not traded everyone is there to help. The process for getting what you want works well, from catalogue or online even if not in store there are minimal waiting times to get the products you want. Throughout lockdown, Screwfix has remained open mostly, keeping to the government rules and everyone has kept civil. I will always recommend Screwfix. Thank you
