Total professional service from start to finish. John and Richard were both very professional and knowledgeable. Richard's design was amazing. We didn't believe our kitchen could look like that! The fitters, John and Dave, did an amazing job. The minimal amount of disruption and the level of workmanship is top notch. The whole installation was project managed from start to finish by Moss Hall, and all the tradesmen involved were highly skilled and worked to a very high level. We love our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend this firm. Thanks again for a fuss free installation. You all made it so easy.

We had a major total kitchen and utility room refurbishment carried out by Moss Hall Kitchens.
Starting at the design phase with Richard in the office-excellent and professional. Richard listened to our expectations and what we wanted, took on board everything we said and designed us the most fantastic kitchen and utility room. Designs were emailed to us to enable us to look at them without rushing and discuss with Richard any changes. He was very helpful and patient and changed the design several times to suit our requirements. Extras that we hadn't even thought about for example incorporating space for our dogs crate in the design!
All the tradesmen were excellent-polite, professional, punctual, extremely hard working and very skilled.
Dave our kitchen fitter was amazing and went over and above what was required-hard working and dedicated to his profession.
The end result is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Any queries were dealt with promptly and professionally--there is always someone available to actually answer the phone in the office! Moss Hall Kitchens are by far the best company we have ever dealt with and we HIGHLY recommend them.

We had looked at many other companies (most were more expensive) and toyed with the idea of project managing our kitchen refurbishment and building works ourselves. In the end it was a ‘no brainer’ Moss Hall had all the expertise and experience to be able to do all the preparatory building works and provide and fit the kitchen and appliances, and the quality and price were on the mark.
From the start of the project Moss Hall Kitchens were fantastic. We worked with the designer (award winning) to look at different configurations and style options on the kitchen units and worktops. He was very patient with my ever-evolving design, even down to some very last-minute changes, which in the end made all the difference. He produced fantastic, computerised images which really gave us a feel for what the result would be. We were allowed samples to take home to deliberate on colours and finishes. Nothing was too much trouble.
The units we chose were of great quality, after looking at the biggest kitchen providers and manufacturers we were in no doubt that for the money the quality could not be beaten. The finish is of a high standard and even the insides of the cupboards are in the same oak design as the doors, which makes them look very expensive.
The builders completed the major works of removing 2 internal walls and levelling a floor to the necessary height in good time. They took great care in managing to retain a large section of detailed plaster coving on the adjacent lounge ceiling, which we had been worried about. They also liaised with local planning officers regarding the legal requirements for the work.
Once the work started it flowed easily with communication regarding what was happening when, and the tradespeople who were involved were mostly really good at communicating and always there when they said they would be. For a project which was undertaken during difficult times (Covid-19) the whole project took 5 weeks from start to the last snagging visit. Had the materials not been delayed (no fault of Moss Hall’s – radiators and handles) I think it could have been completed in 4 & 1/2 weeks which would have been amazing.
No major project goes without a hitch, however any issue which arose was either dealt with there and then, (we were kept fully informed) or dealt with as soon as possible with a full explanation. We had so much confidence in this company, that they would get it right.
Every tradesperson who entered our home treated it and us with respect and care. Each one of them behaving professionally and fully communicating what they were doing. They were all very friendly people, and I would not hesitate to have any one of them back to work on our home again.
The designer is also the project manager who orchestrates the whole process and does a great job of it.
We would recommend Moss Hall Kitchens as they have such a good set up, they are a one stop shop which saves so much stress when dealing with multiple trades within a short time window.
We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen is has surpassed all our expectations, everyone who has seen it is very impressed, and claim it looks like something out of Beautiful Homes magazine!

Me and my wife had a disappointing visit a while back, we’ve renovated multiple houses in the area so we are well aware of what things costs. Unfortunately we was greeted with “kitchens start at 30k”. Followed by a lack of interest. It’s a shame as we like to shop local and use local tradesmen. If you can get past the rude salesmen they may be a joy to deal with, but I won’t be returning.

After viewing other Kitchen Design Showrooms and Independent businesses we chose Moss Hall Kitchens. John and Richard have a lot of experience and really know their trade. The showroom has a great choice of door designs, handles, colours and worktops. We visited several times, bringing home different door designs and colours to see what would work best in our kitchen area. That done next came sitting down with Richard to plan our kitchen. We had several ideas and Richard incorporated these into our design. The images were emailed over to us so we could have a visual of our finished kitchen.
The guys who fitted our kitchen were all highly professional, respectful and hardworking.
We were given dates for delivery of units, appliances etc and when fitters, electricians plasterers etc would be visiting.
Any minor niggles were sorted promptly. Richard was easy to get hold off.
We are so happy with our kitchen and we get compliments when anyone visits.

Excellent service from John and the team at Moss Hall. We’d been thinking about a new kitchen for a while and wanted to support a local business. Very glad we did - the whole process took a while, obviously, but they kept us informed all the way through, so we knew what to expect.
