AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Paid £125 for a toilet seat amongst other items for a bathroom renovation amounting to over £1600. Toilet seat "bubbled" within 6 weeks of fitting and they are refusing to issue a refund unless I remove the toilet seat and take it back to the showroom. They initially requested photographs which were provided and then stated the manufacturer would not issue a refund unless they had received the bubbled toilet seat which is complete rubbish. Refusing to give details of manufacturers. All round rubbish customer service. Just awful company

Visited the showroom and got good service. We went through numerous options and the person gave us what he thought would work best, and what seemed to be a good price. We were told we would be contacted by the fitter within 2 to 3 days. The fitter did ring within that time and turned up the next day. He looked around the bathroom, took no notes , measurements or sketches and left stating he would get our quote in a couple of days. Two weeks later, I am still waiting his call. Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere

Just visited the showroom to get a quote for a complete new bathroom. Helpful staff and a good selection of bathroom furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. And we also received a very competitive quote.

Had the new bathroom delivered and fitted last month. It took just over a week because the old bathroom was completely gutted. New floor, ceiling, tiling, painting and all the white goods and furniture. Absolutely delighted with it. Honestly cannot fault a thing.

18 months on and we're having our downstairs bathroom and laundry updated. No hesitation, straight to Summerhill great display and choice. Placed our order and paid a deposit. Great service and prices are better than average.

Shopped around for bathroom prices by far the cheapest but with a good range Mel was great in the showroom. Fitting done by Andy really good standard with good communication and helped it come out wonderful great job guys!

My mom bought a new bathroom last April, apart from the sales teams who were brilliant the plumber/fitter Chris was not, left an absolute mess and house was covered in dust, not a care in the world, tiles were being cut inside the bathroom when my mom kindly asked could this be done outside, his attitude was by far really rude and disrespectful, never even provided a quote before starting the work and charged more on top and also kept changing the dates of when work was actually going to begin and about 3 times as well, then informed my mom at short notice the day before he was going to actually start the work and water had to be turned off all day. No plan of work or step by step what was going to be done and everything seemed rushed because old plaster had to be removed and it upset the plumber, not even an apology afterwards and had the nerve to ask for the money to be paid there and then when he had finished the work, my mom kindly mentioned she will pay next day and even said to trust her that she would make payment in full as she is a good kind hearted person but his attitude was disrespectful, what about the mess and an apology would have been nice. This is bringing the business down and I really would not recommend this place to anyone because my mom has been left very upset by this situation and me included, all because of the plumber's attitude and response to everything. Shame really as my mom found the sales team very helpful. Never again, very disappointing experience.

We had our bathroom done last November having been quoted with a written 3yr guarantee by their regular contractor Chris ,sad to say still waiting after numerous phone calls and texts full of promises still nothing nearly 3 months later ,so l visited summerhill and spoke to someone who didn't seem to care either,l never had my written quote until the day after Chris started but what is so disappointing is when the plaster was drying out and he went on another job l had to pay him money up front and when work was completed he had cash the same day plus another bank transfer the following day after job was completed .we were loyal to his requests and paid immediately but feel it should of been one full bank transfer maybe a few day after the job was completed but we adhered to his requests pity he isn't as loyal to adhere to ours instead of continuously being ignorant.But then again they have all had their money now .

We had a bathroom from Summerhill Bathrooms and we couldn't be happier with the service we were provided with. The manager, Andy is incredibly knowledgeable and advised us on every aspect of our bathroom. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our bathroom design and product choices. The fitter we used, who was also recommended by Summerhill, was also fantastic and liased with the sales staff to ensure everything ran smoothly. The finished design is perfect and we wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. We have recommended them to many of our friends, family and colleagues many of whom have used them and have also said how happy they are with the service and products provided.

Our experience at Summerhill Bathrooms was excellent. We have used them twice now both times were very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the sales staff. We were back and forth every Sunday for weeks as we couldn't make our minds up. Andy was so patient with us even though we were there at 11 as they were opening up just so as we were first and probably we're right pains. At no time did we feel rushed or pushed into anything. We would highly recommend them and have done to friends and family some of whom have also used them now. Dec 5 stars. Also the recommended fitter Gary that we used was brilliant.also 5 stars.
