Wow absolutely delighted with the help and support Katie & Andy gave me in choosing my bathroom. I am absolutely delighted with Scott, he is so polite, works to very high standard and attention to detail was 10/10. So tidy and cleaned up after himself daily. Nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend this company. We walked into the showroom sort of knowing what we wanted but unsure how to achieve the design and at a reasonable cost. The staff are amazing from Andy coming out to measure up and give us ideas to Maci making the design happen on paper as well as tweaking it many times for me. The whole process was very smooth - design and quote received quickly, no upfront costs - pay on completion of the work. The fitters were very good, tidy and helpful throughout. Very pleased with the end result.

Simplicity By Design were fantastic from when I walked into the showroom to the completion of my amazing new bathroom. Andy and Katie were so helpful when I was choosing my bathroom and they supplied excellent quality fittings and the most beautiful tiles. Keith, William and Matthew fitted my bathroom and they were absolutely brilliant, my new bathroom looks perfect. They left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day and finished the complete renovation of my bathroom in good time.

What can I say, Simplicity by Design were a very lucky find and we have no hesitation to recommend them.
In today’s economic climate home improvements don’t come cheap, so it was important for us to feel, whoever we spent our hard earned savings with,were going to give us the result and value for money we wanted.
We were not disappointed.
From the first visit to the showroom and throughout the whole process Katie offered excellent customer service, taking time to listen to us and help us find the right furniture, tiles, flooring, and fittings etc. to suit our taste and budget. There was no pushy sales tactics and everything was discussed and agreed in a clear informative way. Any queries we had were responded to promptly and a detailed quotation made it clear exactly what was included in the service.
When it came to the installation it couldn’t have been better. It was so refreshing to have an experienced fitter who carried out their work with the upmost care and attention. He was, reliable, professional and kept us in the picture at each stage of the process. As a result we have our dream bathroom now in place !

Would highly recommend his company. The dedicated service from Katie in the showroom to Scot the fitter was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Katie designed our new bathroom which we are delighted with and she always made us welcome when we went to the showroom which was quite a few times even when we changed our minds on some things. Scot is a very professional worker who respected our house and left us tidy each day. Thank you Simplicity by Design for our new bathroom we love it. Not forgetting Andy too who measured up and was always welcoming when we went to the showroom.
