I would highly recommend Westwave Bathrooms. Nathan was extremely helpful and patient during the design process. Delivery to our house was on time and the team were very polite. During the project we changed our mind about the toilet; Westwave delivered a new one and collected the old one free of charge and even gave us a refund as the new one cost slightly less. Amazing service! Would definitely recommend and we have already placed our order for a second bathroom project.

Four years ago we went to Westwave Bathrooms to get a turnkey en-suite renovation.
At that time we were so happy with the result that we decided to use their services again for our main bathroom too.
The bathroom has just been finished, and this time we’re even happier!!!
We were lucky enough to have Neil taking care of us, as last time, and he’s brilliantly understood our taste and ideas. A special thanks goes to the chosen fitter, Dave, who’s exceeded our expectations.

Nathan at Westwave was fantastic! I firmly believe a brand/company is only as good as their staff and Nathan is the reason we decided to proceed with Westwave overall - Nathan was attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable. We're so pleased with the 2 rooms we had refitted (wasn't an easy spec)! We would definitely use again and in particular Nathan as his service has been 11/10!!!

Decided to splash out and have my rather tired en-suite completely renovated. So pleased to find a local company that was helpful in planning this. Christian, took on the job of sorting out my rather strange shaped small room, and took on board my requests for MUST HAVES!!!! Dave Collard who was the fitter was wonderful, keeping mess to minimum and keeping to number of days he had specified. The finished result is beautiful to look at and lovely to use. Small problem arose with shower a couple of weeks later, and was sorted out within 48 hours of me contacting Westwave. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering work in their bathrooms.

We called in on Friday as we needed a new seal for our shower cubicle that we had purchased from them almost 7 years ago. Although they didn’t have the correct size in stock they arranged for one to be delivered to our house at no charge. Imagine how delighted we were when the seal arrived via courier the following afternoon. OUTSTANDING SERVICE-Thank you.
