From our first visit to the showroom we have been impressed by Splashout. Tony and Sue made us welcome and weren’t pushy at any time. Tony came to measure up the bathroom and gave us a quote. We decided to accept the quote and we are so pleased we did. Our new bathroom was completed this week and we couldn’t be more delighted. Splashout organised everything from stripping out, ceiling lighting, plastering, tiling, flooring as well as all plumbing. The fitter Tom was a pleasure to have in our home along with all the other tradesmen who helped along the way. Every bit of waste was removed daily and we experienced no mess at all ( apart from some inevitable dust when tiles were cut). The workmanship is second to none, and my husband is a perfectionist and could find no fault. Tony visited regularly while the work was ongoing and on completion to check we were happy and we think he genuinely cares. We would recommend Splashout and happily use their services again.

Arrived approx 12.40, couldn't gain entrance, doors closed, sat outside in my car, rang them, left it ringing for 5 mins, no one picked up and no answering machine to leave a message, complete and utter waste of time, obviously taking my custom elsewhere.
In answer to your response, which was a bit late coming, a message left on your phone would be helpful that states opening times, also something on your door is common practice.

I have the pleasure of updating my review from a couple of months ago after them team were so amazing when we chose our bathroom.
I have the pleasure sharing what an amazing job the team of fitters have done, everything you see they have completed from floors to ceiling without and mess ever being left.
We wanted a local company to take on the whole of the renovation without disruption to our busy schedule and we got a truly fantastic result. Well done to Splashout Fittted Bathrooms we love it.

My parents had their bathroom from this place 15 years ago. It’s since changed hands but they needed help recently with finding tiles to match what was installed back then. Sue managed to find some of the same tile buried in their warehouse and let us have them for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys they really went above and beyond!

I am totally bemused to see a one star review! From our experience I would give them 6 stars if I could! We tried a few bathroom places and chose Splashout because they were by far the most helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble to make sure it was what we wanted. In fact, Splashout gave us some of the best service we have ever received. The quality of the fitting was excellent. The workmen were warm, friendly, tidy and easy to have in the house. We are absolutely delighted with our bathroom, and Splashout will be the first people we call in future. I genuinely can't recommend them enough.

After turning to Splashout in our hour of need we cannot praise them enough for the service we received from start to finish , from quote to completion was less than two weeks, which considering we’d been waiting two months for someone else to even start is pretty impressive. The service and care we received in the showroom was first class and the fitter Mike is a credit to tradesmen everywhere - his knowledge , professionalism , attention to detail and standard of work was exceptional !! We will certainly recommend Splashout to anyone looking for work to be done. 5 Star service and very happy customer. Thank you.
