NBK updated our tired family bathroom and en-suite and we could not be happier with the level of service, care and quality of workmanship. All the various tradesmen who had an input were hard working, friendly and adept at problem solving on the job. The wonderful folks in the showroom who helped us with the overall design and choice of materials were excellent and were very good at keeping to within our budget. we are so pleased with the results that we have asked NBK to come back and refurbish our kitchen.

A very professional service from all members of staff, everyone was polite and friendly and from our first meeting at the Diss showroom we felt at ease and nothing was too much trouble. John, our fitter, had excellent attention to detail and always left everywhere tidy at the end of the day. We are delighted with our new bathroom, which was a little tricky due to the old house and uneven walls! I would definitely recommend the team and would use NBK again in the future. Thank you ☺️

NBK designed and fitted a new en-suite and also added a shower and reconfigured our existing bathroom and did a fantastic job from start to finish. They worked around all the problems that an old house presented to cleverly solve the issues we had regarding plumbing and layout. James’ designs and customer service were excellent and we are delighted with the beautiful end result. Richard did the majority of the fitting and was incredibly reliable, with an eye for detail and a desire to make sure everything was finished perfectly.

I needed a ground floor bedroom and had the idea of converting the garage into a bedroom with en-suite shower room, the thought was daunting to say the least!
Eventually approached NBK Diss. From the planning to the end result the service was excellent. So very pleased I went ahead.

NBK installed a beautiful bathroom designed with my father in mind as he has mobility issues. They also reconfigured our stairs so they could be suitable for a stairlift.
They have been amazing, getting the stairs done swiftly so my parents didn't have to stay away for very long. The bathroom was done while they were here.
The workmen were so helpful and charming going above and beyond while they were here.
They have thought of everything, making sure there was electrical point for stairlift which I wouldn't have thought of.
The finish is exceptional. Everyone at NBK has been a joy to speak to and made the process a pleasure and we will miss them!

NBK completed a new disabled suitable ensuite shower room and bedroom revamp for me.
I was extremely pleased with all the work and Dan the fitter was very helpful and conscientious.
All the trades were fantastic.
I was a hard customer as I ran my own Plumbing & Heating company for 16yrs and been in the trade for 22yrs before I was recently made disabled.
So that itself says a lot if I was pleased with the work.
Great company and I will definitely use them for any future work.

I found NBK to be professional, knowledgeable and listened to my needs and ideas. Tony led me through the process seamlessly, ensuring it was stress free. Mark, our fitter, was professional and was very experienced. Despite no floor, wall or ceiling in our home being straight or even, Mark fitted our kitchen perfectly. He offered advice when it came to some of the finer detail. And I am so happy with the finish. I dealt with many members of the team, Millie, Megan and Ryan to name a few.
And can honestly say everyone was professional and I was treated as a person, not a number or another order. I would thoroughly recommend NBK and will be returning when my bathroom needs a refit.
