Simmer Kitchens were recommended to us by a friend. How happy we are to have had Ian and Sheena design us the most beautiful and functional kitchen. Their ideas, problem solving, communication and professionalism have been outstanding throughout. The quality of workmanship and fit by Ian and Joe has given us a kitchen that we are very proud of.
We have also had new internal doors and a beautiful oak and glass banister, skirting and step fitted by Ian, Joe and Steve. We are very happy with the quality of all the work we have had done.

Sheena and Ian are an excellent team. Ian is a man of few words😁. But highly skilled and knows his craft very well. After consultations from a few different kitchen design companies we were recommended Simmer Kitchens. From our first meeting with Ian it was obvious to us both that we had found the right people to help us.
We were pretty narrow minded in what we could have as we considered our space to be fairly small compared to a lot of kitchens, however Ian and Sheena thought differently and were amazing in presenting us with a layout that was very different to what we had but included everything we needed and more. My kitchen is now very aesthetically pleasing and also functional in ways I didn’t imagine possible in a small space.
Ian’s attention to every detail is so reassuring, every question (and I asked a lot!) was answered and any worries allayed. Sheena has an excellent eye for colours and design and once I had chosen a main colour she came in with suggestions for adding another colour and other ideas I would never have thought of, so grateful for her vision.
We had a garage attached to the house accessed through a door in the kitchen, not anymore! Ian designed a utility room flowing through from the kitchen and also built a new wall so we still have a separate space for unsightly bins etc.
I should also mention the trade’s people who Simmer recommend. Not knowing who to get in we were guided by Ian. All of the people he suggested were amazing. Courteous, punctual, friendly and worked to a very high standard – we would without doubt use every one again.
All in all we cannot recommend Simmer Kitchens highly enough.

Ian has been brilliant. We are really happy with every aspect of our kitchen. Ian was super patient as we changed our minds and very attentive to the detail required. Sheena has a keen eye for internal decor and really provided the sounding board i needed for the aesthetics of the kitchen. Very reliable and an excellent job. At the start I thought I would be very stressed but Ian took that stress away from me and made it exciting

From the initial contact to the completed project we found Ian to be exceptionally professional carrying out an excellent job. Communication was key and we were updated all the time. Ian project managed it and all the trades people carried out their respective jobs efficiently and effectively, they were all friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend Simmer kitchens .
