We had a kitchen supplied by Herringbone fitted in 2021 and have been very happy with the quality. However, our recent experience ordering an additional cupboard door has been poor.

Earlier in the year we decided to order an additional cupboard door for our kitchen to enclose some open shelving we weren't using as intended.

We expected it to be a simple process, but it turned out to be a real saga, taking over 6 months to finish. The whole process has been categorised by unreturned emails/calls, missed appointments, delays, lots of chasing from our side and poor communication.

After a successful kitchen renovation 4 years ago in our London flat, there was no question who we would chose to do our kitchen in our new home. Faced with some structural obstacles David, our designer, came up with some creative solutions that didn’t compromise our initial design, all the while maximising the space. We were able to open up the floor plan, maximise the natural light and provide ample work space/storage. Like in my London Flat, herringbone guided me in maximising the flow and utility of the space, simultaneously maintaining the integrity of my aesthetic (in this case the focus was on the Champage bar). I can’t recommend herring bone ENOUGH!!!Product quality aside, their entire team (from designers to fitters) express the values of this family owned business. Thank you Herringbone

There is so much to love about Herringbone Kitchens! Supporting an independent organisation which has such a strong ethos. We had a very positive experience dealing with Will, Elly and the whole team. We had quite the quirky space to update, as well as, many bespoke and unique ideas. We felt understood and they made sure all our ideas worked in reality and looked incredible. All the work was done to a very high standard and they were all friendly and helpful throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone!

What an amazing company! We spent a year working with Herringbone to design and create our dream kitchen. We wanted something more contemporary than they usually do and that could not do enough to help. With 3 heights and 2 types of stone plus all the crazy gadgets i wanted they really did deliver. We recently had our kitchen completed by Herringbone kitchens and it is incredible! I love to cook and have friends and family round and William designed the space accordingly. I have dreamt of my perfect kitchen since I was a child and it’s everything I wanted and more. The service was seamless from start to finish and William helped with everything from design and layout to colour and style. We also used Herringbone to fit the kitchen and once again were delighted by how professional the team were and the attention to detail that was given. William and his team at Herringbone Kitchens are excellent. From concept and initial designs through to the fitting and after care their commitment to being the best in the business shines through. We created a brand new kitchen and handed Herringbone Kitchens a painted shell. The quality and expert design that they fitted was to the very highest standard and we loved it when it was completed. But how's this for customer care - after a couple of weeks we decided we didn't like some of the handles. A brief conversation with William and behold a new set arrived at no cost to us and everything was as it should be. An excellent Kent based company.

He has paid particular attention to details and has been very supportive throughout the fitting process by visiting the site regularly and we are able to iron out problems as they arise.
