I drove 45 minutes to this store today and have never met such a helpful lady. I had bought a lamp but couldn’t get a shade because of the fitting. The store owner couldn’t have been more helpful. If you need advice, practical help, quality fittings or any type of bulb then visit this store. It is totally worth a drive. If it’s not in stock, they will do their very best to get it in! I popped in to batley lighting centre to purchase a ceiling plate for a light I bought recently that was too small.The manager was so accommodating , extremely knowledgeable, customer focused, friendly and helpful. Thank you for going above and beyond in finding the product I was struggling to find. I loved your wide range of lights prices amazing too. What a surprise, to go into a electrical shop and find a very nice young lady who knows what she's talking about. The shop is well stocked, well set out and spotlessly clean and as I said, the lady who served me was very knowledgable, After trying some of the larger stores in Batley and Dewsbury for screw cap light bulbs and a LED light fitting without success I got everything I wanted at this shop and the price was well below what I had seen on ebay. Well done Batley Lighting Centre.
